PHOENIX Speakap is a new employee-app to offer fast and efficient access to current company information in local language – a digital companion to reach everyone. In addition, the app contains user-generated content, personal profiles and an instant messaging function. With an internal campaign the employees were motivated to become part of this new digital companion. With posters, print-advertising, digital banners, display stands and clips the german roll-out and official start of the new app was promoted.
